I never got any hidden charges. I don't know guy below was talking about. All the guys there were great. Even when I couldn't make and my sister took it there. She said the same thing. I been to other ones and they usually are busy and backed up. I've been in and out with no conflicts and was actually cheaper then the one I went to in lake Forrest. Thanks guys.

Can someone else drive the car with an interlock device installed?

In most states yes, however anyone driving the vehicle will need to use the interlock and you may be responsible for any violations.
