I had an amazing experience using this rental service. Quick, trustworthy and affordable service. The owners both were very kind to me. It is not easy finding a 12 seater rental van right now, so I am very appreciative that I was able to find one ran by such nice people. Would highly recommend.

My wife booked a car rental maybe a month in advance for our anniversary weekend. After driving 30min, we're told they don't accept debit cards and are forced to cancel and find other last minute options. On top of all of this, the man at the counter was just down right rude about it all. I don't usually speak my true mind to people, but I told him exactly how stupid it is not to have such terms listed on their website to have kept us from wasting 30min drive to be turned away immediately, walking out in anger. You sir are costing this company valuable business.

This place is trash. First and last time I use it. They lie and intentionally misrepresented themselves to hold more of your money. Their paperwork say 250 hold on credit card, they told me 400 but then was charged $600 holding fee. I went back to return the car and now they crossed that out of the contract with pen. They require full coverage insurance and limit you to 100 miles a day. Then they lie and say it’s like that everywhere due to Covid. I rented from Herts car rental last month and they did nothing like this. I got unlimited miles, 250 holding fee, and the insurance from orbits was enough. I will never go to U-save. Fox car rental up the street is better then here.
