If you've purchased will call tickets you can only get them when the box office opens for that show the night of. We usually have the box office open 30min before doors unless it is a sold out show.
Ssme here. I've always been able to pay at the door on the night of the concert. I would call and ask about the will call policy
You can call them and ask, I've never been to a sold out show there where i didn't pay at the door, or purchased tickets. I would call and ask
