Check the parks and rec website regarding this question. I haven't ever seen dogs out there
According to the park rule sign, no animals are allowed at the park unless it's a service dog. if you want to take the chance, I don't see why not. I think it's kind of dumb to tell people that they can't bring their pets, that are on a leash, to a OUTDOOR and PUBLIC space. As long as you pick up after it should be fine.
