Date: Summer 2022 This is such a great park right across the river from launch pads. I visited here on the Artemis Launch attempt ofr Sept 2022. Park was clean, some coverage, with great views. I didn't visit any facilities to comment on those.

Really ideal place to watch a launch. Bathrooms are well lit and clean. Plenty of room for everybody. Kids have room to run back and forth. Fish swimming around to distract them. Boats to gawk at. And the sound rolling across the water is memorable.

Not much area to ride around
That I do not know. My I suggest calling the chamber of commerce, and they might be able to help you out further.
I'm sure you could. But you would definitely want to get there early because the parking is limited and I am sure it fills up fast during launches.
