When you make an appointment at a certain time, why is it always 2 hours after that appointment that you are actually seen by the Dr?

It's like that for most doctor offices, and mostly because they usually only start setting up for you after they know 100% you're there! It would be a waste of resources if they set up the equipment and you were a no show
