Depends on if they have the funds available and if you qualify. They will always help with food, and recommend who to contact if they can't

Line's start around 8. Enough time is given to visit community partners who are there and food starts being passed roughly 10ish and last Until roughly 1 or until food is gone.
Yes they do on the 4th friday of every month bring your id n bill n talk to mother Diane shes the pastor there.
