Rude customer service. When I brought my title to have it transferred to my name the woman I talked to was curt and demanded extra documents. Go to another DMV for a title transfer.

Yes to take a drivers test most dmv offices require an appointment to do your actual driver test. For the computerized test you do not need an appointment.

I need to update my home address on drivers license but the license is not to expire till 2026 and I don't need the "star" on it. Can I do the address change be done on line or at the DMV and is the"star" mandatory.

It can be done online. Idk about the star, but if it is, they should put it on the new one I would guess
If you are 18 years or older, do you still have to take the permit written exam or could you just go in and take the test to get your license? If not then where would I go to take the drug & alcohol test and the permit test?
