Called first thing in the morning to make an appointment, checked in online, the whole shebang. Checked my daughter out of school, showed up at the office, only to be told the Dr was out sick and they could reschedule.... No message, no call, no nothing to let me know that the appointment was canceled and not to bother making the trip in.

I have never experienced such lack of follow thru or response from medical professionals. For the short time I have been a patient here there has been gaps in my meds availability due to lack of communication to my pharmacies request, my calls to Aza, giving only 30 day supply untill I had a blood lab done, I did this and now 4weeks later my labs have not been looked at and are not available to me and hence my meds are not either, so much confusion and unprofessional organization. I am at this moment at Aza health, still nothing can be done because Shannon is not there and cannot look at my labs and ensure I get my meds, I have only 5 pills left and it is a long weekend, add to this the time it will take to get around to my request. I am extremely disappointed in the way things are being handled, (or not) in this case.

I have not seen too much good coming from the Azalea health institutions. Long waiting, Switching doctors like you change your clothes, no personal touches of kindness, caring. I do know a Dr, down south in Okeechobee that would have a hayday knowing that I have been up here and all respect is out the window for patients at the facilities that she decades her life too. I personally don't go to these departments any more but I do have a son that thanks to God has to go once a year. Now maybe since the last time I got upset a year ago maybe they have changed but the love, honor, respect, caring and helping. No one can fake them things cause, guarantee it will blow up in the face of the individual. Make sure when attempting to get a doctor, you have a good one in any office. Thanks for reading. Hope it helps
Yes, with a sliding scale fee
Most doctors triple book in case someone doesn't show. I hate it myself
I would assume the doctors there can remove warts if they're small and not infected in any way, but I would guess that they would refer you to a dermatologist if the wart was serious or looked unusual in any way. The best way to find out is give them a call and get the answer straight from the horse's mouth.
Honestly I really don't know it's been a year since I've been there I like to try to find somewhere else to go a little faster
