Yes. All the attractions are on the ground level and it's easy to get around because this is primarily outdoors and there's plenty of room. I saw several people with walkers and canes and they seemed to be getting around just fine. Enjoy!

There is handicap parking and no stairs for almost all areas, the pathways between the attractions are made of loose shells and pebbles. I'm not sure if a wheel chair would have trouble but it is mostly ok.
