No you don't need a reservation you can buy tickets online or you can buy them there its best to go early because there is a lot to see in St.Augustine and the best way to do it is to ride the old town trolley...there is a ticket booth for everything at the old jail

Yes. All the attractions are on the ground level and it's easy to get around because this is primarily outdoors and there's plenty of room. I saw several people with walkers and canes and they seemed to be getting around just fine. Enjoy!
