Nowhere "designated" as swimming more for getting on and off boats etc... But doesn't mean u CAN'T 🤷
There is a beach with picnic tables overlooking the water. I did not get close enough to see if there is swimming.

Was there in June 2019, no swimming area. Don't know if dipping in the creek is a good idea or not. 1/2 hour drive to ocean.
Haven't been there in years and no 🏊 swimming place back then. Only fishing and picnic areas and playsets. You may be able to Google Faver Dykes..
