I always love this visitors center. They keep it clean and have a very friendly staff. I love to walk around and read the information and if you have a question just ask. I normally hit the bathroom when I am here which you can use when they are open and can be accessed from the outside when they are closed. They keep them clean and I have never been in a stall without toilet paper, I will actually wait if I am walking back to use these instead of the in old town public restrooms.

Tony and I went to St Augustine Florida while on Vacay 2022. Tony had never been here before, but I have been to St Augustine several times in the past with my kids and other family members. We walked down to the visitors center from our hotel. The visitors center is free to enjoy. There are restrooms, gift shop, informational brochures and museum displays. It's very nice. Very clean and lovely, absolutely lovely!!!

It's free on the street $15 all day the park in the parking garage
We always park in the visitor center garage. Cost $15. Visitor Center has restrooms and a gift shop. Very close to everything.
Easy walk with plenty to see along the way.
Gift shop was opened but not sure of maps
Yes, most of them were open as of Memorial Day weekend
