There is a road off of the main thoroughfare just before you get to the Bridge of Lions, that travels through the heart of the Historic District. It's one way, very narrow and is surrounded by foot traffic. It crosses a couple of intersecting streets that are set up in the same fashion and because it's tight quarters, the corners are a blind. You'll pass the restaurant (it will be on your right), and the next immediate right will take you to the parking lot entrance, which will also be on your right. There will be a parking attendant on site.
Regarding the attendant that John mentioned, he will give you a ticket that you can validate inside at the restaurant, but both times we've used this lot there wasnt anyone to actually take that ticket back, so parking was free.
Not sure. We parked at Ripleys and took the trolley
