I have a Smart TV on a cable box and my other 3 TVs on Summit's digital converters at no charge. I have always had one primary TV for the cable box and no problem with other TVs getting all channels with just the converters.
Visit your local cable store and pickup a box possible fees could apply varies on your HOA, If your TV is digital and relatively new you should get basic channels with no box just attach the cable directly to the TV coax and scan for channels on the TV.
