Constant outages with no one saying why. Customer service only focused on you not using their equipment and blaming that. Phone pharm outsourced to another country and makes communication difficult. I was told “after 4-5 hours you’ll never have this problem again” not sure how they can make that kind of comment and be able to stand by it. There are no realistic options to switch to as I run a business. Extremely dissatisfied with Service, ability to speak to anyone or get any real answers

Call 1-800-XFINITY, They should send a link to your phone to chat with an agent, then when you get text message, prompts should ask, speak with a live agent
The XFINITY store next to trader Joe's has and is open for quite some time.
For sure they can garantee a higher specs módems and router for internet and TV.
