Really good experience, brought in my faulty router, it happens, the support tech replaced it on the spot, even got an upgraded model with wifi6, hooked it up when I got back, and worked perfectly. He even recommended San Giuseppe pizza down the block, that was great too. That's on another review.....

The technician Reynaldo G came earlier than I expected today. He ran into an issue and was able to fix the problem. He was very polite and even gave our puppy a small gift. Best customer service I've had in awhile. :)

Rey was absolutely amazing! he fixed everything quickly and even gave us tips. he was a five star. summit itself is why i give this a four star (if it wasn’t for rey it would be less). we were told 4 different days our internet would be fixed, so we made arrangements to be home/took off work so we would be here just for no one to show up. every time we called and talked to customer service it was the same “we will elevate this”. i even talked to them in person to let them know we were still having problems even after troubleshooting. we went almost two weeks without internet. people were even already on site fixing other routers 3 of the 4 scheduled days, and no one stopped by even when we were told they were notified and would be by. finally on the fifth day we were scheduled, we were blessed with rey, it was just lucky i was already on my way home from work for lunch or else we probably would be out of internet for longer.

These are usually not included for most HOA's, for a monthly rental fee can be obtained at the local store, alternately for a fee a technician can be scheduled to perform a service install and upgrade that equipment.
Yes, Telemundo (WWDT) is channel 15 in SWFL basic cable.

This is a service independent of Summit you will need to consult your TV Manufacturer to see if the TV natively supports this feature, if not you will need to purchase a device separate from the tv that supports Netflix. ( Chrome Cast, Roku, Apple TV etc...)

I have a Smart TV on a cable box and my other 3 TVs on Summit's digital converters at no charge. I have always had one primary TV for the cable box and no problem with other TVs getting all channels with just the converters.
You will at minimum need a cable box non DTA
Summit tech does that when they install their cable box.
If your community uses High Frequency Cable then a cable modem or a cable modem / router combo unit would be required, If you community is setup using Fiber Optics that device is useless and only a standard router is applicable. Based on your limited description I suspect you have a cable modem / router combo unit.
It doesn't seem to show the upcoming show, times, or much even after pushing the INFO button. Just tiny writing w/cast and sometimes date. No season or episode info. We need tech support
There was a booklet with a list of TVS. I DIDN'T look at it closely as my two tv's went in while tech was here.
The SSID & wifi passkey credentials for most wireless routers is located on the box. Customers leasing a wireless router with Summit Broadband may contact the tech support department to verify SSID & wifi passkey.
Bulk service is the services provided to by your HOA. Customers do not pay Summit Broadband for bulk services because they are included in HOA fees.
Yes, the Naples and Bonita Springs store is open Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Summit Broadband in Marco Island is open Monday- Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
