What is the monthly lot rent? I am looking for a place for me and my mom, somewhere safe and quiet. She is 89 and I am 53 year's old. I work during the day so I need to know that she will be safe when I am at work.

Hello Ann, I'm James iv been there for about a month and I can say it's nothing but quiet throughout the day and nights and to my knowalage theirs cameras around the park and rent is 350 a lot I have nothing but great and safe experiences so far!
