This was my 5th time taking the Nights of Lights cruise. My 1st with Fins up. I took along friends who had never been. I boasted about the boats being decorated, music, and snacks. Along with narration of the sights. We got none of that. It was very drab except for obviously looking at the lights.

This seemed easy enough. Buy a few tickets on Groupon, enjoy a Thanksgiving night cruise. Unfortunately, there is no clear guidance as to which dates are BLACKOUT dates. WARNING! Double check for blackout dates! They don't render them unclickable nor state which dates are blackout. When trying to resolve this issue, we get attitude from someone (?) the captain of the boat? The owner? i.e., both? Whomever answered the phone was completely unprofessional, unresponsive and uncaring. BOTTOM LINE. We were charged $72 from GROUPON and another $89 from Fins Up for a total of $161 for a "meh" tour around Saint Augustine. Do yourself a favor, go with Red Boat or Dolphin Tours!

Silly

Great relaxing boat ride on the FinsUp sunset tour. It was only a small group of 7. We saw a pod of dolphins and experienced the St.Augustine coastal line up close. Our captain and co-captain were professional, but funny and down to earth. They gave us cool tidbits about the city and dolphins. My only complaint was that the 90minute tour was 60minutes. However, we'll definitely be back for the Christmas lights tour.
