They never answer, management changes all the time. Besides the rent, they charge for everything - make sure you get an all in figure. Seems expensive for what you get.
Just visited for a tour and I am completely turned off. The blonde young girl in the office seems inexperienced with customer service and people skills. The only thing great she did was unlock the model door. She stood there explaining nothing about features. Instead, sarcastically joked with me as if I’m her friend. Unprofessional service and the place looks cheap compared to what they’re asking for 🤷🏼♀️
I can attest to everything being said here. They are literally the worst. Stay far away! I just moved to Seabrook apartments and I swear it's night and day.
They have had a lot of turnover and there's no stability here. I would recommend that you find another place. I am moving as soon as my lease is up. With these prices you can find better.
Don't move here it's a bad place and you will be mad. I'm leaving this complex cause I've been having way to many issues with them. Don't waste your money there. They never answer the phones and the people do be sitting right next to them.
