Customer service goes out the window before Black Friday.
Honestly they probably do have rude attitudes but see it's the customers that change you. I know because I worked there for almost a year. Some people can be so brutal and honestly it gets tiring being nice because you really see some people for how they truly are. Impatient,rude, and uncaring. The rudest people outweigh the nicer ones because it's the rudest ones that come in for the most part. So just know if they are like that it's because they have to deal with rude people CONSTANTLY more than nice people.
Yes I agree with you on that.they are very rude and inconsiderate.
That is not really a question. From my experience if I am reasonable customer service personal are reasonable with me with only a few exceptions.
To be honest the customer service is not the best. I've even had one lady employees that couldn't help me cause see didn't understand English.
I'm with you brother. But you have to accept the fact that you are going end up going back there. We all hate going but it just keep calling . it is Wal-Mart after all.
Customer service gets stress sometimes but if you were doing it black friday of course they were gonna be busy but i shop there and all the time they are nice
Walmart's horrible customer service is universal. Probably because they make their employees work on Thanksgiving with no holiday pay. 🤔
