I agree but this Wal-Mart is in an area with a high population of Hispanic people. Even so, employees should be bilingual.

I believe everyone should speak English everywhere. You are hiring people who can not help customers because they don't speak English. That is serious. How about if someone was trying to warn the employee about a threat and no one spoke English. You need to seriously think this through.
