Store Manager of this store

I spoke recently to her because, there is never a shopping car at he entrance of the garden shop. They never have any in that area for the garden shop customers. We have to go around to get one. Her answer was that it's a corporate choice not hers. So, I guess Walmart corporate don't care for the customers who frecuently shop for plants or garden shop supplies. In my opinion....Corporate, close the section we have better customer service at Lowe's or Home Depot.
