I'm puertorican and no one smile to me either. Not an excuse but whe are all humans and we don't have any idea about what they are going through. We can get better customer service in stores like Target or Publix.
I don't care about a smile. I've had them take their own race that was behind me in line and pulled them in front of me. Even when I made the same statement "I am using card" before they did. They also had an employee walk up and be sneaky to make sure I was scanning all my items. then she walked over to spy as well. Couldn't care less about a smile, rather them be fair in 1st come 1st serve. I've had them say not my department then go right to help their own race and run their stocking cart right into me and say absolutely nothing.
I shop walmart sometimes and do self checkout.I've never had any problems with the service. Matter of fact they were very helpful. The attendance always assist me with self checkout.
There's a Wal-Mart everywhere so.......
