went to the bingo purchased a pack deal with machine was asked how many cards I can watch told her 54 she gave me 9 ...My sister was behind me she bought same package and asked for an extra pack was no charge why do you not get all you pay for

I feel same Bill. You should have brought it up right then that there was mayhem a misunderstanding on pack..

The rest of the cards go in the machine.. You didn't physically daub all your cards. They was put into machine.and at any point you could of came back up to counter the lady will gladly help you if you didn't understand.

You should have asked about it when it happened not after the fact cause there is no way to prove it now
