NO WALK-INS. They do not take walk-ins despite what the website says. Even if you get there when they open in the morning, it only allows you to make an appointment to come back in the afternoon. Great day to fast until 1 o'clock 🫤 So now that I'm back for my "appointment" - the waiting room is full and it appears that they are running 45 minutes behind schedule. This morning, there were 2 people in the waiting room.

Only the one in Valrico, FL has Saturday hours. You don't have to have an appointment, but, there might be a little wait if you don't.
Yes. Open 6:30-3:00. They do take your temperature. And want you to wear a mask.

It is apparently non existent..I can't find it either..and no one ever answers the phone...once when their phones were just saying that everyone was too busy to answer the phones I had to go there screaming and yelling to make an appointment...absolutely ridiculous
