I'm not a very tech savvy guy. My cell phone wouldn't hold a charge so I called yesterday to have a battery ordered, they called me this morning to let me know the battery arrived, I took the phone up to the store and in 30 minutes and for only a few dollars more than the cost of a new battery I was on my way with a properly working phone.
