While my Mother did have a positive experience living in the community, our nightmare of her passing only got worse when trying to recoup prepaid rent money. The accepted the end of her lease on 12-15-19 and told us that we would need to pay All of December, but would promptly receive a check for the 2nd half of December in the first week of January. In January, rather than sending us a check, they drew another Full months rent out of her account. I have spent the entire month of January working with them to pin down the final amount (verbally they keep reducing the amount), where the check will be mailed and WHEN the check will be mailed. Today, the last day of the month, again, I’m still getting the run around. No one should have to go through this in the months following the passing of a loved one. They should be ashamed. They are GREAT at taking money!
