How much do they charge for a month and can u stay for a good while ? Would be coming down for work need a place to stay

They offer years lease. About 350.00 a month plus your electric. I believe month to month is offered but don't know the fee.

You can stay a month, or over a year if you like. And annual lease is $366 per month. Seasonal (3+ Months) $555 per month. And the rates just changed, but I think the month to month rate is $575. That includes water, but not utilities. You pay for your own electricity. I highly recommend this park. I'm about to move because I just bought a house, but I've lived here for a year and I loved it. Nice people, quiet neighbors, friendly staff. For a temporary stay, I'll think you'll be very pleased with this park.
