Was there for a recall few months back. Noticed the a.c. wasn't working afterward. Instead of returning went to a place I can trust. They said the coolant part was unhooked. I asked how that could happen. They said it was unhooked.

All questions regarding recalls should be directed to the dealer that service the vehicle. All recall repairs are paid for and warrantied by the manufacturer not by trusted mechanics.

They fixed the steeringwheel lock which was the recall issue. A week later i put my ac on it was watm out. It wasnt blowing cold. Instead of going back i wanted another opinion. The mechanic said someone unhooked the coolant plug. I would never go back there. Cause I think they tried to scam me. I even asked could they unplug it to fix the other issue? They said no it was not near it. The Better business bureau needs to step in because average hard working people get scammed a lot.
