Huge Store has all kinds of interesting bike accessories. Staff friendly and helpful. Price was decent, especially for the knowledge and help. Store seemed busy but I got help quickly and experienced technician.

To preface, I hardly ever write reviews for anything online, though the exceptional service I've received from Guy's warrants this review. My experience with Guy's Bikes since I purchased my Triathlon bike from them in 2020 has been nothing short of stellar. The buying experience, even during the throws of the pandemic, was seamless. They've serviced my bike with care, have made careful recommendations for upkeep and maintenance, and been attentive to any and all of my questions and needs. I had the pleasure of conducting my bike fitting (something that was not being offered when I purchased my bike due to COVID restrictions, though Guy's gladly made the accommodation to fit me when they resumed with fittings) with Joe today, who was just great. He, and the rest of the staff, have always been enthusiastically and extraordinarily helpful at every opportunity. I cannot recommend this store, their staff, and Joe in particular, enough, to everyone interested in a bike. Thank you, Guy's!

The brakes on my daughters bike were worn out so I called Guy’s for help. Since I work during their hours I sent it with my mother in law. They were able to fix it right away and quickly for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend for any of your cycling needs!

Hi Jason. I am not sure I understand what an e-bike heat is?? If you meant seat, we have seats, yes! They are not e-bike specific. Suzanne
Hi Mary, I do not know of any rear mounted rack that can handle e bikes that are not hitch mounted. None of the manufacturers that we deal with has a non hitch e bike rack. I would think the weight of the bikes pulling down on a strap rack could damage your vehicle. Sorry I don't have a better answer! Suzanne
Thank you Erik, we do work hard to keep everyone safe. We have hand sanitizer at the door, require masks, post 6 feet distancing signs, etc. We have limited space, as stated, so we do our best to monitor and ask people to remain outside when we have reached capacity. Thanks.

I've been going to guys bikes since I was 13 I'm 60 now. Guy always helped us out when we needed it. Yes they still service bikes and are a great company.
