The transmission module on our Ford Focus broke down for a second time in less than a year. Our car was parked at the Ford Feasterville shop location for 4-5 months waiting for the part to come in. After it finally did, we got a call from the service department saying the battery was dead and needed to be changed. After this, the cable connectors to the battery were so damaged they didn’t work and had to be replaced. Not only this, but the cable to those connectors was also damaged, didn’t work and had to be changed for a new one as well. Even though the transmission module was still on warranty, the whole battery, connectors and cable ordeal cost more than $500 to have them replaced and have the car running again after the module was changed. I can’t believe the car was never turned on at the shop to avoid this from happening. On top of this, having to wait so many months on the module transmission part to come in. The whole waiting months on the part situation, replacements and added out of pocket costs were ridiculous.

I had a issue regarding recalls and having to take time off from work (possible two different days) to get work done. Chris called me back quickly and was able to clarify some of the work needed for the recalls. Chris was also able to get me scheduled on a date that I was off from work. In my original review I state that I had never had a bad experience at this dealership and now I can continue the say that. Thank you Chris.

Yes we do. Just enter in the building's side entrance that has Service over it. Walk straight in past the advisor desks and the parts window will be directly ahead.
As directed by the CDC and the State of Pennsylvania, all guests must wear face masks, and we are following social distancing policies. Throughout the dealership, we have sanitizer stations, barriers that separate employee and customer interaction, and handling sales and service remotely if desired.
