Finally my dream came true. I brought BRZ 2022. The car was delayed a bit because of chip shortages( global supply chain shortages). But the important thing here is, Mike Boyle from sales was constantly tracking updating me on the ETA. Very important when a customer is eagerly waiting for his sports car 😂. And they gave me free loaner car, till I got BRZ🙂. Oh, one more thing, They diligently followed up with SUBARU to issue me a $500 coupon. And they deducted that amount from the invoice 😁. Erin Smith gave me a nice overview of the car functions before I drove off the car from dealer. Later that night, I took my car for a long ride and the first song I played was “On the Run” from Timecop1983. Loved it totally!!

Just picked up our second new Outback. Our salesman, Skokie is great, service department was fantastic. After three years all we needed was a minor interior trim adjustment, oil changes and wiper blades. The car was great. New one with turbocharger is even better. These cars are destin to be the retired Boomers version of the Ford Crown Victoria.

This place is great. The only sour taste in my mouth was when I said I was having an issue and wanted it looked into bc my car is only two years old i was told there was a $200 diagnostic fee. So I never went for it. When I came months later for my oil change they told me it’s included in warranty so no charge. They haven’t found the issue yet but I also haven’t gone back toget them to locate the sound. But That fee issue was the only issue I ever had

I have never met more incompetent mechanics. They had my car an entire day and couldn’t diagnose what a non-Subaru mechanic diagnosed in 5 minutes. Not to mention they took our appointment, kept the car all day, only to tell us that they have no mechanics qualified to work on the specific model car we had (and the actual problem was not model specific yet they STILL didn’t find it)

I believe it can be returned to any SUBARU AUTHORIZED dealer.
