Yes, but there are signs that say for exercise only. No beach chairs allowed and masks and social distancing are enforced.
As of today 7/30, the signs posted are :Exersize only, no coolers, tents chairs, or laying in sun. Masks manditory now in monterey county, the fine is $100 ,1st violation,( no parking after sunset either)
Yes its open but with limitations. And it's crowded since the tourists have been here
