If i remember correctly most of the restaurants only allow service pets, so I would recommend leaving your pet at home.
I haven't seen any pets inside the restaurants. There were some that had outside seating where smaller dogs were under the tables at their owner's feet. I took my little 8 pound Maltipoo there a few weeks ago, and to be honest with you, especially on the weekend it's way too crowded for animals. He almost got stepped on and kicked numerous times while we were walking through the main area. I would not do it again.
Inside no, but outside and there are people who are eating and do not like it better, they leave Jan to eat
There are multiple independent restaurants so difficult to generalize. I believe california health codes generally prohibit dogs IN restaurants so not sure if any are fully "pet friendly. " All that said, see what someone else said about outdoor seating.
