Old Fisherman's Wharf is a historic wharf in Monterey that was used as a wholesale fish market in the 1960's. Today the pier is one of the tourist magnets in Monterey. Seafood restaurants and souvenir shops line the quay. From the pier you can enjoy the view of the surrounding marinas with the many small boats at anchor.

The adjacent Waterfront Parking Lot has lots of parking spaces plus there are also the East and West Parking Garages off of Del Monte and Tyler. Additionally, there is the Heritage Parking lot off of Pacific and Scott. Details about all parking options can be found on the Parking page on MontereyWharf.com.
I saw people fishing
Only pay parking even for the motorcycle ate on the wharf and still payed full parking
The wharf is always open to walk down..the stores and restaurants close at nite.but are open for most of the day and evening..to the best of my knowledge..I would say they'll be open.. mostly because they thrive on tourism money.. Also a lot of locals eat in the wharf restaurants with there families and friends..
Around $30 for a crab plate at the Fisherman's Wharf.
If i remember correctly most of the restaurants only allow service pets, so I would recommend leaving your pet at home.
