The adjacent Waterfront Parking Lot has lots of parking spaces plus there are also the East and West Parking Garages off of Del Monte and Tyler. I had no problem with parking. Cris's whale watching and fishing validated my parking ticket. Was an amazing day

You can park on the city streets or parking garages adjacent to the wharf. Parking is time limited on the city streets and fees are charged for off street and garage structure parking.
Have handicap ♿ ... even on pier.

Metered parking about $13-15 for 1 ½ hrs. Or free parking nearby, but Goodluck with that mess
