During the Carmel Concours on the Ave event ..... it's warmer during October....but with some of the best Restaurants in the USA.....and one of best places to purchase art....and some high quality clothing stores....not to forget Carmel Beach....I'd say it's always a good time to visit Carmel....the 3rd most Romantic City in the World
