Depends how long its been without registration. You'll owe for 3 years if it's been 4 years or so since. If its fallen off the record over time then you'll pay one year reg and do some paperwork. If you want to take it out of state to move or sell then you could buy a one trip permit for $23 ish. If you are trying to get work done before registering it then you can go pick up a couple of one day moving permits. Can't give you any pricing info as all vehicles and situations are different. You can take the plate and Vin numbers in if you own it and have them just look up some info.
