There are shuttles to take you to terminal B where the short term parking is on the other side. In the short term parking is only a short walking distance to terminal B so there isn't a bus needed IN the lot.
Yes there is a short term shuttle along with a long term parking shuttles follow the signs
The only shuttles I know of are for rental cars.
