Senior poppy pass covers parking ( to most if not all ) CA state parks only. National is for the big federall reserves\parks only. It may go by a different name then your question. PS ...CA 4th graders now to get 5th grade get in national parks free for 2018!
state park pass is needed. National is different.
Only the State Park Poppy Pass will work. Also, I believe the National Park pass is called the "America the Beautiful" pass.
That pass is for Federal parks/campgrounds. Folsom is a California state park. Sorry.
