I bought my fix online including swimming with the stingrays, evwe since I've been trying to call to see how we schedule the stingray adventure. Do we have to book a date and time in advance or just show up and get in line?

Recomend setting up a reservation. I believe you can do it online.

I overheard one of the employees say that the phone is always ringing. That it's super hard for them to answer all of the calls...so perhaps going in person would be the best way.

I am not aware on how to communicate with them directly and quickly. Their new computer system was down when we went and it was a long line for everything. Good Luck!
