Also make sure to get there early on the weekends there tends to be long lines
Tickets are sold online but can be purchased as you enter. The VIP events are all pre order so you need to call their phone to reserve the time and day for VIP events only.
You can reserve in advance but you don't have to. If you go during a busy time where there is a line, you will have to wait in the line either way. You can find discounts online for purchasing in advance though!
My family and I went this last weekend and did not have to reserve tickets; bought them online and got there when they opened. If you go after they open, be prepared to be waiting ... Saw the line constantly winding around the building.
