Not sure if any 1br here, but Rents start around $900. We have been here about 3yrs and are quite pleased. The property is well maintained and clean. Nice clubhouse with all new Nautilus equipment, year-round heated pool and spa. Also, we have a great, attentive manager who addresses any issues promptly.
