Good Afternoon - Our shuttle currently runs from 3 p.m. - 11 pm. within a 3 mile radius of the hotel.

Yeah it goes within 2 or 3 miles of the hotel. Not sure if the hours.

I don't recall, but there may be bus service to/ from airport and around the city.
