This place needs help. We placed an online order for pickup around 12:30, after waiting inside for over 30 minutes and after multiple inquiries with some of the employees about the order later, a manager finally shows up to her dysfunctional front with a poor attitude. As soon as she arrives, our food is sat on the counter and we already asked for a refund. Which, for a 30 minute wait, we should get our refund and food... that's basic customer service. She asks another presumed manager in the back how to do the refund, and after 5 minutes of her troubleshooting, she inquires with that manager again who then tells her its not worth her time, just give them the refund. We get the card to the manager on the register, she does the refund and swipes our food and walks off with nothing else to say. We were frustrated but polite, we didn't say anything disrespectful to the staff. Another group of people were also experiencing the same issue. If you're going to have a young staff group running the front, the mangers need to be on-hands with that instead of playing around in the back. We won't be back to Culver's anytime soon, especially not this location.

Great customer service and the food was delicious! I haven't eaten at a Culver's in a long time. I tried the grilled chicken salad with cranberries and blue cheese and had a some cheese curds. I was impressed by the salad. Definitely ranks above other fast food salads I've had. It would have been nice if the cucumbers were cut up instead of large slices and the chicken was in large chunks too but i was able to cut it all to bite size pieces so not a big deal. Everything was fresh and my curds showed me some love ❤️.

The food was delicious! 6 out of the 8 of us have to eat gluten free, most places don't have that option, we were pleasantly surprised that Culver's has not only a good variety of gluten free foods but also gluten free buns for the burgers. The buns were not dry like most. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. We were greeted with smiles and excellent customer service! 10 out of 10 will go again.

I got the Alaskan code dinner. It came with fries, slaw and tarter sauce and your choice of a 2 or 3 piece fish. I'm not a big fish person and it's not usually on my list of things to order but I will admit their fish tastes as good as it looks. My only complaint is the breading needs a little more salt and seasoning.
