Great place to live. Local to almost everything you'll need. Maintenance is very attentive to repairs needed as they come the same day within working hours. Maintenance guy Devon has come to repair a handful of things during my time here where he has been very pleasant to talk to and will go through explaining why it happened, how to prevent in the future or how to fix on my own so that I don't need to wait on maintenance. Ive lived in a few other complexes in stl area and they havent been as personable as Devon has been. Definitely a gem of an employee sunbrook has working for them.

I am a resident here they charge you a monthly trash fee around 20.00 and this is how they handle that. If your interested in staying here be warned the whole area of this complex has trash around the parking lots. Raccoons in the trash every night and there dog park has dog waste all over it and in the lawn area. It is very unfortunate to see a apartment area like this be taken care of in the manner. There are many other places to look for a decent apartment in a good area I would put this place on the bottom of it. I will not be renewing my lease

Great experience. My first time living on my own and Gigi made it a very easy and smooth transition. The area is great, the people are nice. I am excited to be here.

A Nightmare! I have the loft style unit. I didn't see the actual unit until my move in day. Move in day carpet was still wet. Took my first bath my tub started peeling. Carpet on the steps not tacked down, sink was leaking, destroyed all my stuff underneath. Now 4 adults just moved in, 2 women and 2 men. The first day they move in, they start cutting wood outside with an electric saw disturbing tenants. Then they leave 4 pair of boots, 2 plants and a baby flower pot for their cigarettes! They sit on the steps smoking and drink coffee! I complained to the office 2x! No results! I pay $1100 for 1 bedroom! I didn't know I moved into the GHETTOS of ST.CHARLES! Please don't move here. You'll regret it!
