Lina did such a great job training our dog. It was so helpful to get the daily pawgress reports to let us know how our boy was doing. He really enjoyed it there and my fiancé and I always felt really comfortable leaving him there for the training sessions daily. The staff is great and we are very pleased with how well behaved our puppy is now. Thank you Lina and staff! Paws off to you!

I brought my 4 month old Puppy Tigger for puppy school and to get him socialized with all the dogs. I really liked the place it was quick and easy to drop off in the morning to get to work and to pick up. Our trainer Lina was awesome and very patient with all my questions I had. I liked it so much that Tigger will be going there once a week for day camp and probably going to training again at 6 months. Thanks Lina and the staff for being awesome

Nobody seems to know what they are doing here. Our reservations are never in for my dog Cooper even though it's always confirmed on the phone. Which causes a delay in me getting to work in the morning. This place is just going down hill. Coop comes home smelling like urine every single time now and punctures. Not normal place scratches. Actual punctures and not a soul tells me about it, he always looks very dirty too. I'll ask how his day is going and get multiple opposing answers from different staff members. You can hear people yelling and cussing at dogs in the camp yard from the parking lot and lobby area. The people in the open fenced in room in the lobby are consistently yelling at dogs and pulling on their leashes way too forcefully. What happened? I don't even recognize anyone anymore. The people I see are just so rude and act like it's my fault they have to be at work. Very unprofessional and uninviting if you ask me. I've asked to speak with a manager multiple times now and still have yet to hear back from anyone it's been over a month now. Cooper will not be back. I am so unbelievable disappointed with this company. I've tried a couple of the other locations to see if that made a difference and of course it doesn't. I've tried A new one they built off Manchester and the one in the city and it's all the same. Do not take your pet here. I guarantee they are not being treated well. As much as most of us animal lovers dislike the watering bowl dog camp I'm sure our pets are in better hands there. DO NOT GO TO NO LEASH!
