My first trip I was being talked about rather poorly as I was walking out. Found my food to be undercooked. My next trip at after it had opened I was told it was closed when all I needed was the restroom after having to wait a several hours to go. I arrived between 5:05 5:17. Edit: I was reminded they also lost several other customers. Multiple cars drove away as they weren't being served. As well as undercooked my burrito rice was hard and crunchy.

Spent nearly 20 bucks for my wife's bacon double cheeseburger (a menu special that was 8.99 for just the burger) a chicken sandwich for me and an order of onion rings. The burger patties were burnt and the bacon was undercooked. The Chicano was overcooked and the sandwich was really more like eating chicken jerky with pickles on a bun. The onion rings were good, however.
