Does Berkley , & Monterey have good transportation at. the federal level?

Local transportation is often partially funded with federal dollars, like Obama's reinvestment funds. There are no purely federal transportation systems in Berkeley or Monterey.

Dear Elaine Woeher, I believe that you are confusing the City of Monterey with Monterey Market, an excellent fruit-and-vegetable store (and more) located on Monterey STREET in Berkeley. The City of Monterey is a few hours distant (by car).

Berkeley has direct Bart and, bus transit lines.
